Its objective is to know the best practices of companies or specific processes according to the industry of interest. The development of the tour includes: location logistics, making an agenda for visits to companies of interest, planning the tour (logistics), local guide, transportation and visits, event marketing, post-event evaluation and presentation of results.

MARKET ASSESSMENT

It is developed as part of specific projects to determine the current market status or market opportunities according to the industry and/or product of interest or in support of local development programs. It includes planning, logistics, field work, data compilation and presentation of results.

Representatives of the Nannini brand for Guatemala since 2017 and for Central America since 2019, opening 31 distribution points in the main department stores and opticians in the City and interior of Guatemala. Development and implementation of a marketing plan for the promotion and growth of the brand at a national and Central American level.

DEVELOPMENT OF FOOD EXPORT EVENTS IN LATIN AMERICA

Responsible for organizing and developing  the Food Export trade mission in Guatemala City, integrated by 8 American companies, food producers and selection of national importers interested in negotiating, making appointments, organizing and developing tours to supermarkets and specialized stores in the capital city.

DEVELOPMENT OF FOOD EXPORT EVENTS IN LATIN AMERICA

Responsible for selecting importing companies in the Food sector in Guatemala, who are interested in making commercial links with food suppliers in the United States. In the year 2018  10 companies that participated in 7 trade missions for different products were selected, 3 of them started commercial efforts.
